Delivery & shipping

Every piece is hand-built to order, so delivery timing follows the lead time shown on each product page — typically 2–3 weeks up to 6–8 weeks, depending on the piece and current workload. Once your piece is finished, it is carefully packed and sent by courier.

Orders placed on this website are delivered anywhere in South Africa by courier for a flat fee of R320 per piece, which is shown and added to your total at checkout. We need a full street address and a contact phone number so the courier can deliver. We also deliver internationally: international orders are quoted and shipped on request, with delivery times depending on destination and customs processing in addition to the piece's lead time — get in touch before ordering and we'll confirm the cost and timing for your country.

Order cancellations

Because each piece is made by hand to order, cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us as soon as possible after ordering if your circumstances change, and we'll always try to find a fair outcome depending on how far along the piece is.

Refunds & returns

If a piece arrives damaged or defective, we will always replace or refund it — just contact us with photos of the item and its packaging as soon as possible after delivery. Outside of that, as each piece is made to order, refund requests are considered case-by-case; reach out and we'll work with you.
